Free GED Reading (RLA) Lessons and Practice Tests!

Congratulations! You’ve decided to improve your life by passing the GED Reasoning through Language Arts test. We’re here to help, with a free app that covers all of the material on the test. It has dozens of lessons and thousands of practice questions, written in the same style as the actual GED Reading test. And, best of all, it’s totally free! No subscriptions, no expensive “premium” versions: just a simple app with basic lessons and practice questions.

First, some general information about the GED. The GED consists of four separate tests: Mathematical Reasoning, Reasoning through Language Arts, Mathematical Reasoning, Social Studies, and Science. This app focuses on the GED Reasoning through Language Arts test, otherwise known as the GED Reading test. The GED Reading test is broken up into three parts, with a ten-minute break in between the second and third parts. In all, the exam takes about two and a half hours. If you study thoroughly and consistently with our GED Reading app, you will no doubt succeed.

There are three main topics on the GED Reading test:

1. Reading for Meaning
2. Identifying and Creating Arguments
3. Grammar and Language

This app includes lessons and practice questions for all of these GED Reading topics. Each topic is introduced with a brief lesson, followed by a short quiz. The questions are randomized, so you will never take exactly the same quiz twice. Once you’ve selected an answer, you can immediately check your work to see if you are on the right track. When you’ve completed the quiz, you’ll get a more detailed summary of your results. You can take as many practice tests as you like, and we are constantly adding questions to keep the user experience as fresh as possible! The following subjects are covered on our GED Reading test app:

Reading Comprehension: Prose and Poetry
GED Vocabulary
Parts of Speech
Sentence Fragments
Capitalization
Comparatives and Superlatives
